REVOIS®
The Revolutionary Implant System
High Primary Stability – Perfect Aesthetics – Easy Handling
The REVOIS All-in-One system is a self-contained, modular titanium implant system. All components are interchangable and coordinated to achieve maximum precision with a minimum number of parts.
The REVOIS implant system incorporates platform switching and unequaled primary stability.
- More bone and soft tissue growth by platform switching and special abutment design.
- Innovative snap-on tool: safe transfer, high precision impression, base for provisional crown and final restoration.
- Platform-switching and special abutment design
- High primary stability by progressive thread merging into fine thread = excellent aesthetics and long term stability
- One prosthetic line and one abutment for all implant diameters
- Universal abutment: transfer, impression, provisional and final abutment
- Few parts, easy handling, low investment = ideal time and cost management
The REVOIS System will handle all Implant Indications
Functional Implant Design- From Apex to the Shoulder
- The rounded apex provides extensive projection from injuries to anatomic surfaces. (sinus floor, nasal floor, mandibular nerve) during implant insertion.
- The conical shape of the implant improves primary stability compared to cylindrical shape and results in adaptation in the cervical area.
The core of the REVOIS Implant System provides implants with:
High Primary Stability with Intelligent Thread Structure
- The progressive thread- narrow at the apex and wider in in the cervical area- brings considerable improvements in primary stability. This is a key requisite for immediate of early loads on the implants.
The progressive thread prevents micro-movements of the inserted implant and promotes healing and osseointegration.
Optimal Biological Width by Platform Switching
The REVOIS implant gives excellent consideratin to the biological width with a prepared 1.9 mm step over the implant shoulder. At the same time, the diameter of the implant platform (3.8/4.3/5.0 mm) differs from that of the abutment (3.05 mm). This so-called platform switching supports attachement of bone and gingiva: in the long term, it also counteracts bone resorptiono and gingival recession.
Optimal Time and Cost Management with the Innovative Snap-on System
The innovative snap-on system consists of functional caps made out of plastic, which fit exactly to the titanium abutment. In the cervical part of the abutment there is a snap-on groove- therefore, the snap-on system.
This technology offers the following functions and benefits:
a) safe transfer into the prepared cavity
b) exact repositioning of the abutment after impression
c) base for the provisional crown (optional)
d) base for final restoration
The snap-on tool results in an economic workflow with savings in time and costs while providing a high-precision solution with increased synergies between the implantologists and dental technician.
Strong Osseointegration through an optimized Surface Structure
The micro and nano roughness of the surface optimizes the attachment to bone and enhances the long term ossintegration of the implant.
Safe Handling with the Multifunctional Precision Abutment
The unique abutment of the REVOIS system fulfills the following functions:
a) Impression abutment
b) Provisional abutment
c) Final abutment
The two flat parts of the abutment combine to produce correct positioning of the internal hex to avoid twisting of the cemented crown. The abutments are color coded at their flat surfaces to clearly identify the implant diameter.
Conical Shape- The Perfect Connection
The conical 45- degree shape above the internal hex achieves a stable press fit between abutment and implant. This produces exact impressions and prevents an inaccurate fit during subsequent restoration while providing for long-term stability of the implant.
Connective Tissue Growth without Surgery
The special healing abutment results in an increased growth of connective tissue. This stabilizes the situation and provides for a higher connective tissue collar after the insertion of the abutment.
Precise Bone Preparation with Tapered Drills
Aligned to each REVOIS Implant, the system provides a special tapered which match the three diameter sizes. The four-bladed tapered drill, color-coded according to the implant diameter. The four-bladed tapered drills ensure a precisely drilled pilot hole. Small grooves on the sides of the blades can avoid the use of the bone tap in most cases.
REVOIS Implants are offered in three different diameters with four different lengths. The matching cover screws and abutments are color-coded for ease of application. The surgical tray is also color coded to match the screws and abutments.
